Stuffed with gratitude and Blue Devil pride! 🥧💙 Wishing all our Doyle families a happy Thanksgiving!

We closed to the day with kindergarten’s Balloons Over Broadway parade, which was just as magical and memorable as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade! 🎈🏙️🗽🦃

Congratulations to all of our “trotters” who showed up with speed, sportsmanship, stamina, and smiles! 🦃🏃♂️🏆🏅

Our Blue Devils were unstoppable today! 🦃💙 Even though the Turkey Trot moved indoors, the cheers, laughter, and school spirit didn’t skip a beat.

📢 Reminder, Doyle families! Tomorrow is a 12:28 PM early dismissal. Please plan accordingly!

🦃 Spotted in the Doyle Drive hallway outside the 1st grade rooms… a real-life turkey getting in some last-minute training for tomorrow’s Turkey Trot! 🏃♂️✨ Can't wait for tomorrow!

A journey to the past! 4th Grade celebrated Colonial Day with butter churning, interactive colonial crafts, and amazing outfits from students and staff. Such a fun way to make history come to life! 🧈🪶 📜 🎩

📣 Reminder, CED families! Tomorrow is a half day for all students. Please plan accordingly for the early dismissal. Thank you!

This student surprised everyone by coming to school dressed as her favorite officer — Officer O! No special occasion, just pure admiration 👮♀️👮✨Building connections that matter 💙

Ms. Calderio’s kindergarten class has adopted a calf! 🐄💛
Meet Harper, a baby cow from a working dairy farm. Students will follow her growth all year through updates, photos, and videos straight from her farmers—learning first-hand how she’s cared for and what life on the farm is all about!

Ms. Ebel’s pre-K students are having a blast in their play centers today—sorting and folding in the laundry center 🧺, and cooking up fun in the kitchen center🍴✨!
Today, Ms. Barinas — Air Force veteran and Doyle special education teacher — visited Ms. Sculco’s 4th graders as a guest speaker! 🇺🇸 Students had the chance to ask questions about her service, and she also created a beautiful Veterans Day collage with her own class. ❤️💙

📚 Mrs. Mills’ 1st graders are busy readers and writers! Literacy centers are in full swing as students practice their skills through hands-on, engaging activities. ✏️📖

🇺🇸 Show your Doyle pride this Veterans Day! Wear camo or red, white, and blue tomorrow to honor those who have served and celebrate their courage and sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙

I hope you enjoyed the long weekend! Please read the attached letter from Ms. Schmitt regarding upcoming parent/teacher conferences.
