WOOD-RIDGE, NJ - The Wood-Ridge Board of Education honored the April Students of the Month at the May regular meeting on Monday, May 12, at the high school auditorium.
Each school administrator announced the student honorees from their building and posed for photos with the students for their parents.
Catherine E. Doyle School students were presented by Principal Lara Schmitt:
Kindergarten: Chloe Cunliffe
Grade 1: Janae Harry
Grade 2: Meem Jannatul
Grade 3: Theo Beltz
In April, Doyle School honored its computer scientists, including coders and problem solvers, to “encourage computational thinking, creativity, and perseverance.”
Wood-Ridge Intermediate School students were presented by Interim Principal Rosemary Giacomelli. WRIS's April honorees were recognized for being “amazing artists… exceptionally talented students for their hard work and dedication to creating great art."
