Learning is better together! ❄️📚 Ms. Rodriguez’s 3rd graders teamed up with Ms. Boucher’s 1st graders for a buddy reading collaboration, exploring the Winter Olympic sport of snowboarding on Epic and completing a fun activity together. Big kids leading, little kids learning—and everyone having a great time! 💙✨ And hey, who knows, after today, we might have a few future snowboarders in the making! 🏂✨

History comes to life! 🏛️✨ Our 4th graders wowed everyone at the Living Wax Museum, stepping into the shoes of famous figures and sharing their stories with creativity, confidence, and a whole lot of personality. What a memorable way to bring history to life! 🎭💙

Learning how to protect what flows through our community 🌊💙 Today’s assembly with the Passaic Valley Sewage Commission helped students learn about the Passaic River, the wildlife that depends on it, and simple ways they can help keep our river—and all bodies of water—clean and healthy. A great lesson in environmental responsibility! 🌱🐟

Coding, creating, and celebrating! 💻✨ Our Students of the Month were selected for their excellence and enthusiasm in computer science. Their curiosity, problem-solving, and tech skills are truly inspiring—way to go! 🎉💙

All 👀 on Gobbler’s Knob! 🦫⏳This AM, Ms. Albanese’s 2nd graders tuned in live, eagerly waiting for Punxsutawney Phil’s prediction! He saw his shadow so looks like 6 more weeks of winter (is anyone really surprised about that?!) but plenty of excitement and learning from this cool class in the meantime! ❄️✨

Let’s show our Doyle pride! 🥫💙 Doyle and our Kidz Care Club are partnering with the high school for a canned goods drive, and our district is in a friendly competition with Garfield Public Schools! Collection boxes are located by the Main Office. Every donation counts—let’s give back and bring home the win! 👏✨

So much wonder and excitement today! 🫧✨ Our K-2 students were amazed by Miss Jolie’s interactive bubble show, filling the room with laughter, curiosity, and bubbles of all shapes and sizes. Learning and joy floated all around! 💙

Today our 3rd and 4th graders were inspired by Piglet’s Mindset 🐾💙 Piglet—the blind and deaf dog—visited with his siblings and his mommy, who happens to be a vet, to share powerful lessons on positivity, resilience, compassion, and kindness. Through an engaging presentation and a live tap-signal demonstration with Piglet and his puppy gang, students learned that challenges don’t define us—our mindset does. A truly meaningful and unforgettable assembly! ✨

Our Pre-K students were busy in their restaurant-themed play centers—taking orders, serving up creativity, and learning through imaginative play. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fun and learning all around!

Ms. Scherdel’s 4th grade class celebrated their non-fiction travel writing with a publishing party, where students became travel agents—badges, props, and all! They presented and promoted their destinations, working to persuade classmates to book the trip. What an engaging way to showcase research, writing, and creativity! 🌍✨

In Ms. Goodlin’s class, students created candy DNA models during a hands-on STEAM lesson—mixing creativity, curiosity, and learning as they explored the basics of genetics in a fun and memorable way. 💡✨

Mr. Eng's 4th grade science students used Slinkys to explore how waves carry energy and worked together to model waves moving at different speeds. Hands-on science, teamwork, and curiosity made this lesson come alive! 💡✨
