Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business

Administrator / Board Secretary of Wood-Ridge Board of Education on or before the date and time

The bid opening process will begin on the above advertised date and time at the Wood-Ridge Board of Education, 540 Windsor Road, Wood-Ridge, New Jersey 07075. Bids may also be submitted to the School Business Administrator / Board Secretary or his designee, prior to the advertised date and time. On the advertised date and time, the School Business Administrator / Board Secretary shall publicly receive and open all bids.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Board of Education to do so.

This contract is subject to the requirements of the Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

All bidders are placed on notice that they are required to comply with all requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.

The Executive Session Meeting (closed to the public) will begin at 6:00 PM and the regular session meeting (open to the public) will begin at 7:00 PM.

Please take notice that at the January 5, 2026 Reorganization Meeting, the Wood-Ridge Board of Education, located at 540 Windsor Road, Wood-Ridge, NJ 07075, approved the following schedule of meetings for 2026.  The Executive Session Meetings (closed to the public) will begin at 6:00 pm and will be held in the Wood-Ridge High School Auditorium, located at 258 Hackensack Street, Wood-Ridge, NJ 07075.  The Regular Session Meetings will reconvene at 7:00 pm.
