Principal's Message

Welcome to Wood-Ridge Intermediate School!

My name is Ryan Ann Guglielmotti, and I am honored to serve as the new principal of this incredible WRIS community. As a proud Wood-Ridge native, it means the world to return home and lead a school that plays such an important role in shaping the future of our town.

Wood-Ridge Intermediate is a special place. It's where students begin to stretch their independence, build confidence, and grow as thinkers, creators, and teammates. Our dedicated staff is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and challenging environment where every child feels seen, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

As we head into the 2025–2026 school year, I’m excited to partner with families, staff, and students to continue the strong tradition of excellence here at WRIS. We’ll celebrate learning, face challenges together, and work hard to ensure every student feels a sense of pride in their school and themselves.
