If you are new to the Borough of Wood-Ridge and you wish to transfer your child into the Doyle School, please email CED's Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Denise Tiesi, at dtiesi@wood-ridgeschools.org.

The following registration forms must be completed and emailed to Mrs. Tiesi.  These can all be found under this "Forms" tab.

• NJ Smart Registration Form
• Health-Emergency Services Form 2023-2024
• Home Language Survey
• Physical Form (*Immunization Records must be attached to the Physical Form)
• Transfers In Medical Records Parent Letter 

In addition, please send Mrs. Tiesi the following documents:

• Copy of Original Birth Certificate
• Transfer Card from Previous School(if applicable)
• Proof of Residency: If you own property- either a copy of deed, mortgage statement, or tax bill, utility bill, and driver's license; if you rent- a copy of lease agreement, utility bill, and driver's license
