My name is Miss Paskas and I am a special education teacher here at Catherine E. Doyle Elementary School. This is my third year with the Wood-Ridge Family. This year I am working with the kindergarten students. I am really excited to see how the students continue to bloom.

I grew up in Rutherford and went to school in the Rutherford School District from kindergarten - high school. I graduated from high school in 2013. I played volleyball, basketball and softball. I enjoyed reading, engaging in school clubs and spending time with friends and family!

I continued my education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. I studied Early Childhood and Elementary Education, along with a Reading Minor, and a Concentration in Special Education. I graduated from college in 2017. I absolutely love working with kids. Its always been a goal of mine to become a teacher. In college, I continued playing volleyball and softball. After graduation, I headed back home to Rutherford and found my dream job here in Wood-Ridge!

I recently graduated (2019) from American College of Education with my masters in Literacy! I am continuing to take courses through American College of Education to grow personally, academically and professionally!

Some fun facts about me are:

My favorite food are hot dogs!

    I love animals!

    My favorite subject is math!

My main goals are for the students to develop a passion for learning and to enjoy school. If you have any questions, please contact me through email!
