I am the District School Psychologist for Wood-Ridge. As a member of the Child Study Team, my responsibilities include participation in the evaluation, classification, and placement of all pupils age 3-21 with special needs. Currently, I am the case manager for students primarily grades 5-8, as well as some out-of-district high school students. This involves following the progress, as well as the development and ensuring implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) of all students. I provide school counseling as a related service for IEP students, as well as for other students as needed. I am a member of the Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) teams at all three schools, where we work to develop and implement action plans to help struggling students.
My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology and Professional Diploma in School Psychology from Kean University.
I am a certified School Psychologist in New Jersey and New York and member of the National Association of School Psychologists.
